The Opportunity

As the Director of our Accounting & Finance division, you’ll lead, grow, and mentor a team of high-performing consultants, while driving strategic business development and client engagement. You’ll have full autonomy to shape your division, backed by robust systems, marketing support, and a leadership team that truly values entrepreneurial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of consultants across accounting & finance recruitment
• Drive business development and strengthen client partnerships
• Set and execute strategy to expand market share in Brisbane and QLD
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics
• Foster a collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team culture
• Work closely with senior leadership on business-wide initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in agency recruitment in the Accounting & Finance space
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
• A true people person – influential, credible, and client-savvy
• Driven, accountable, and passionate about delivering results
