Titan Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and optimise our recruitment services. This pivotal leadership role ensures the efficient and proactive delivery of recruitment operations while driving performance, strategy and training across the business.

As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will work closely with all facets of the business, implementing best-practice recruitment methodologies, mentoring consultants and refining operational processes to meet business targets and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day recruitment function and consultant performance
• Implement consistent and repeatable delivery frameworks
• Drive efficiency in job scheduling, talent pool activities and sourcing strategies
• Ensure adherence to Titan's turnaround times and quality benchmarks
• Participate in networking events, client meetings and consultant development.

Training, Mentoring & Performance Leadership

• Foster a culture of learning through structured training and coaching
• Lead company-wide training on recruitment best practices
• Implement individual training plans to enhance consultant performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through quarterly desk reviews
• Manage consultant performance through structured reflection and review sessions
• Identify under-performance and manage outcomes through coaching and performance frameworks
• Support consultants in enhancing job success rates through data-driven strategies

Key Criteria

• Proven leadership experience in recruitment operations or a similar role
• Expertise in 360 recruitment, business development and client relationship management
• Strong ability to mentor, train and develop high-performing teams
• Commercial acumen, with an understanding of risk, quality and operational management
• Ability to balance autonomy, competition and collaboration to achieve business goals
• Tech-savvy with a passion for data accuracy and process efficiency
