What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner

Managing appointment bookings and enquiries

Maintaining accurate patient records and medical information

Providing administrative support to the clinical team

Handling patient payments and financial transactions

Assisting with general office duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administration role

Strong computer skills and proficiency in medical software, particularly Best Practice

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Passion for providing high-quality care to patients
