The Position:
Reporting to the Finance Manager and Operations, you will be instrumental in implementing robust financial systems, analyse key data trends and contribute to the company’s strategic decision-making processes. Key responsibilities will include:

• Analyse business performance to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Support forecasts, budgets, and plans across business units to align with company goals
• Prepare reports and dashboards with KPIs, variance analyses, and actionable recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability for decision-making across functions
• Identify and implement efficiency-enhancing process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights and support for initiatives
• Develop models to assess business opportunities and risks
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative insights for comprehensive analyses
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations

The Candidate:

• Degree in Accounting or similar
• Ability to drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis and financial planning
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy using software and tool for analysis and reporting ie Excel, Power BI, Tableau
• Experience analysing data across various platforms such as Shopify, Google and YouTube
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
