This is an on-site, full-time role (not remote), working in a passionate, collaborative environment focused on ROI, client success, and continuous growth.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across multiple industries
• Perform weekly optimizations across all client accounts to drive consistent ROI
• Manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and a results-driven approach
• Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to improve performance
• Monitor and report on campaign metrics using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform tools
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with in-house designers, copywriters, and strategists
• Stay current with platform changes, AI tools, and performance marketing trends

✅ What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of hands-on PPC experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce performance strategies
• Experience across multiple industries with a proven track record of ROI
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and reporting
• Confidence in speaking with clients and managing expectations
• Bonus: Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Must be based in Australia and available to work full-time, on-site at Robina
• Passionate, growth-oriented, and excited to work in a high-performance team
