About the role

We're seeking someone passionate about e-commerce and keen understanding of market trends to join our team. The role works with the Marketplace and Merchandising teams to build sales promotions for our websites OZSALE and NZSALE.

What the "day to day" looks like:

• Create sales campaigns and promotions based on current trends, seasonality and clearance opportunities.
• Manage and drive sales across popular fashion brands locally and internationally.
• Ensure the website and category pages are merchandised with the latest sales and bestselling products to entice customers to shop.
• Work closely with the marketplace, sellers and merchandising teams to drive new and hot offers across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and provide insights into top sales for further marketing opportunities.
• Plan and shortlist sales to be highlighted in our EDMs to drive traffic.
• Ensure promotional banners are brand-appropriate and coordinate with emails, marketing, site content and style guides.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotions.
• Use analytical tools to review sales performance to improve the sales performance.
• Monitor the market and understand trends, gaps and opportunities to optimise listings, increase traffic and improve conversion.
• Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment.

About you:

• Great entry-level position for someone who loves fashion, beauty and/or home, knows brands and comes with a commercial mindset;
• You might bring experience working in retail, the ability to spot trends and make suggestions and be involved in the creative process;
• You're excited about eCommerce and want to be at the forefront of Australian retail;
