About the Role:

• Research and identify new land acquisition opportunities across Melbourne and regional growth corridors
• Undertake preliminary site assessments and feasibility reviews
• Maintain a strong understanding of the residential land market and broader economic drivers
• Build relationships with landowners, agents, and industry stakeholders to source off-market opportunities
• Manage the full due diligence process, from initial interest through to acquisition

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Marketing, Business or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in land acquisitions or property development
• In-depth knowledge of Melbourne’s greenfield and infill land markets
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to assess long-term project viability
