About the role

Working closely with the CFO and leading the M&A opportunities for the business, you will be looked upon as a key member of the finance team. Assisting with company strategy and reporting the quarterly results to investors and the Board. This is a very commercial role assisting both the PE Fund, CFO and entrepreneurs with the next phase of growth.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the acquisition cycle and roll-up strategy for the business.
• Lead the acquisition strategy and FP&A reporting to the board of directors.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting process for the business.
• Assist CFO with strategic projects covering capital raising, competitor analysis etc.
• Prepare and deliver board reports & other tasks for exec team

Skills and experience

• Excellent communication, strategy, and leadership skills.
• Big 4 M&A or Transaction Services experience looked upon favourably
• CA or CPA Qualified
