What You'll Do

As the Coordinator/scheduler, you'll be the conductor behind the scenes, ensuring that the field teams hit all the right notes. We're looking for a:

  • Scheduling Genius: Coordinate field technician appointments to ensure perfect service delivery;
  • Customer Champion: Swiftly address customer calls, ensuring exceptional experiences;
  • Detail Dynamo: Seamlessly manage paperwork and invoicing with precision;
  • Team Collaborator: Foster great relationships with sales, service, and installation teams;
  • Time Management Expert: Pay meticulous attention to detail by scheduling the right amount of time for each job, ensuring efficiency and quality.
