Vinden Lawyers is a boutique law firm, purpose built to offer skilful, innovative legal advice in the specialised areas of Commercial and Property Law.

We are a well-established team, based in Chatswood servicing clients across New South Wales.

Our clients range from large corporates in construction and development to start-ups. We also act for a range of professional services and their clients, help Owners Corporations, and individuals with all things property, building, business, advisory and conveyancing.

We are a close-knit team, with a collaborative, well balanced and flexible work environment.

About the Role

The role will include:

Transactional commercial and property matters including:

acting on all aspects of large scale residential, industrial and commercial developments;

acting for all stakeholders in respect of the sale and purchase of assets (including businesses, shares and real property);

drafting and advising on Retail and Commercial Leases and other licencing arrangements;

advising both Owners Corporations and individual owners in Strata Schemes; and

providing general corporate advisory;

Commercial and property litigation matters, including building and construction, corporate, debt recovery and property interest disputes; and

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

At least 5+ years of experience.

Experience in commercial and/or property law;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and other industry professionals;

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate, concise and individually tailored documents are delivered within required timeframes;

Ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive, close-knit team; and

A genuine interest to develop your skills and grow with the business.
