The firm's core areas of practice are Commercial, Property and Planning and Environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial & Property Lawyer to join a well-established firm.

This role will be centred around property and commercial matters that include:

• Purchase & sale of business
• Assisting developer clients with their residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Drafting commercial agreements (joint ventures & partnerships), guarantees & security documents
• Business structuring
• Advice on legislative requirements
• Advice on the protection of commercial assets
• Negotiating terms of leases (including rent, transfer options, duration, exit & renewal options)

This is a junior to intermediate role and will suit candidates with at least 2 Years PAE.

We are seeking candidates with commercial backgrounds who are either ready to be mentored by a successful Senior Associate or who are looking for a strong senior practitioners to collaborate with.

• 2 to 6 years' PAE.
