About Your Role

• You will support and receive leadership from a Special Counsel while managing your own responsibilities
• This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including property transactions, leasing, business sales, and broader commercial legal work.
• We seek an individual who can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• We are looking for a strong performer who aligns with the firm's culture and can make a meaningful contribution to the Property and Commercial practice.

Your Mission:

• Deliver outstanding property law services with enthusiasm and precision.
• Become the expert in navigating intricate commercial property transactions and off-the-plan developments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to foster strong relationships.
• Approach your work with meticulous attention to detail and a positive mindset.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2 - 5 years post-admission (however, we will consider candidates up to the Senior Associate level)
• Strong background in property law and general commercial
• Experienced with PEXA
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with the rest of the team
• Confidence in client interaction and transaction
• Willingness to contribute to the development of the Property and Commercial team.
