Builder/Developer in Australia who specialises in project homes, townhouses, developments.

The company is well-respected and has a state wide presence across New South Wales, building up into the Hunter Valley/North Coast and down towards Nowra.

As a Production Estimator your main responsibilities will include:

• Production estimating duties
• Job takeoffs,
• Creating BOQ's,
• Variations,
• Issuing supplier orders
• Liaising with construction supervisors and managers.

To be suitable for this position you will meet the following criteria:

• Local experience from the housing industry
• Ideally have worked for a volume builder, but this isn't a must-have.
• Hold a relevant building tertiary qualification or carpentry trade
• Have strong software skills - ideally with Businesscraft (but not essential)
• Ability to work in the office Monday to Friday, full time hours (9-5 or 8-4)
