Our client is a leading residential home builder, delivering high-quality single and double-storey detached-homes and knock-down rebuilds across Melbourne's inner and outer suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their team.

They are seeking a skilled estimator to join their team and contribute to the accurate and efficient delivery of their projects.

As a Production Estimator, you'll be responsible for ensuring all estimates are completed accurately, as well as:

• Reviewing project documentation, including plans and colour selections, to ensure accuracy
• Preparing precise cost estimates and material take-offs
• Managing supplier orders and variations efficiently
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain project timelines

We are seeking candidates with sound knowledge of the building and construction process, with:

• At least 12 months of production estimating experience in residential construction
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Databuild
• Excellent communication and numerical skills
• Someone who takes ownership, seeks continuous improvement, and thrives in a collaborative environment
