THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will deliver strategic and operational human resources support to achieve business goals.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning programs and activities.
• Coaching managers on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
• Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Coordinating recruitment, assessment, and selection processes for salaried roles.
• Leading the implementation of change management initiatives.
• Building service capability and driving employee engagement across the business.

THE CRITERIA
To excel in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or advisory roles.
• Proven capability in working closely with senior leadership to implement effective HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of IR and employee relations, with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships within the team and across the organisation.
• Experience in hospitality, banking, insurance, or financial services.
• A HR qualification or similar is highly desirable.
