Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Higher in Human Resource Management,
• Training and development experience
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of Australian employment laws and legislations
• Excellent experience in MS Office
• High level skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent organisational skills
• High level of communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Effective recruitment, onboarding, and staffing logistics
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Making recommendations to senior management
• Employee training and development programs
• Development, documentations and implementation or HR policies and procedures
• Initiate support programs and communications promoting positive culture and employee relations
• Industrial relations
• Promote and support WHS Policies and practices
