What Youâll Be Doing:
As a Workplace Relations Advisor, youâll be entrusted with providing critical advice to clients across a variety of industries, ensuring their HR practices are compliant and effective.
Your role will be pivotal in helping business owners navigate the complex world of employment relations, turning challenges into strategic opportunities.
- Deliver expert, tailored advice on employment relations matters to a wide variety of clients, guiding them through complex workplace issues with clarity and confidence.
- Interpret and apply modern awards, national employment standards, and other regulations to meet each client's unique needs.
- Provide pragmatic solutions for client issues, ranging from dispute resolution to compliance challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on HR best practices and legal obligations.
- Meet individual and team targets for productivity and quality, consistently delivering top-tier service.
What Weâre Looking For:
Weâre after a driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong track record in employment relations. If youâre passionate about helping businesses thrive by providing clear, actionable HR advice, we want to hear from you.
- 1+ years experience in employment relations or a similar advisory role, with a strong grasp of HR law and regulations.
- A deep understanding of the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards, and other relevant legislation.
- Strong analytical skillsâyouâll need to assess situations, identify issues, and craft efficient, commercial solutions.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a focus on delivering complex information in a way that clients can easily implement.
- A proactive, client-first attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
