Key Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Handling patient inquiries and booking requests efficiently

Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

Assisting with patient payments and billing processes

Providing general administrative support to the dental team

Ensuring the reception area is well-organise and presentable

Able to help in the dental surgery and steri room on occasion

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental reception role

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficient in using dental practice management software

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Passion for providing high-quality patient care
