Full time position for experienced dental receptionist at Gold Coast Dental and Denture Centre in Southport.

We pride ourselves on delivering dental care of high standard, with empathy and transparency in all treatment planning and options available to our patients.

Candidate must have extensive experience in the dental field with caring nature and compassionate manner.

We are seeking someone that is looking for a permanent long term position with the following attributes and skills:

Sound knowledge of dental software, invoicing, charting and HICAPS claims

Excellent communication skills and customer service

Excellent phone manner and ability to deal with patient bookings, treatment planning and coordinating appointments for dentist, prosthetist and hygienist

Multi skilled in reception and chair side assisting

Advantage of Certificate IV in radiology as we have on site OPG and CBCT

Ability to work under guidance and in a team environment

Ability to work independently and with initiative

Loyalty and empathy to the practice and our patients
