Due to ongoing company and team growth, we’re on the lookout for a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a mix of project coordination, logistics, and client communication.

We are open to applicants with little or no experience—as long as you have a strong eye for detail, are efficient, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work. We believe in training the right person and helping them grow with us.

🔹 The Role:

As a key part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and installers via phone and email
- Assisting with project rollouts, including tracking deliveries and updating spreadsheets
- Handling warehouse tasks such as pick, pack, and arranging couriers
- Managing paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Running errands, including picking up prints, sourcing materials, and arranging courier services
- Assisting with simple assembly work and learning machinery operation (training provided)
- Liaising with tradespeople and installers—confidence in speaking with trades is a must!

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- A proactive and efficient approach to tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- A professional, confident telephone and email manner
- A methodical approach to updating and maintaining project documentation
- Must have a driver’s license and car for site visits and errands
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting and hands-on warehouse tasks

🔹 Bonus Points If You:

- Speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese (this is a strong advantage, as it helps with communication with our factory in Dongguan, China)
- Have experience in retail display or fixture rollouts
