The Role

APAC FM has been engaged to source a BMS Project Manager for a leading BMS manufacturer to oversee and deliver complex BMS projects. This is a permanent position based out of their Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Delivery – Oversee end-to-end BMS project execution, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion.
🔹Scope & Change Management – Define, track, and manage project scope, approvals, and changes.
🔹Budget & Risk Control – Develop budgets, monitor costs, report financials, and mitigate risks.
🔹Client & Stakeholder Relations – Serve as the main client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
🔹Team & Supplier Coordination – Manage internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.

What You’ll Need

• Experience – Background as a BMS Project Engineer or BMS Project Manager.
• Qualifications – Electrical bias preferred (Mechanical also considered), Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PMP certification is a plus.
• Skills – Strong project management experience within the BMS space, excellent client relationship management, and a problem-solving mindset.
