🔹 Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Milek Engineering, you’ll be at the heart of cutting-edge projects, managing the full lifecycle from design to commissioning. You’ll foster essential relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the manufacture and service/overhaul of everything from PLC control enclosures to mobile substations, ensuring top-tier quality and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Project Coordinator

Looking to step into project management? As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Project Managers in delivering outstanding results. This is a key growth opportunity where you’ll develop the skills to eventually manage your own projects and become an integral part of our high-performing team.

We’re Looking for Candidates with:

High-level technical expertise & fault-finding skills, ideally with an electrical trade or engineering background

Experience in switchboard/control panel manufacturing

Project management experience

A solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Knowledge of workshop manufacturing/service/overhaul processes and electrical protection/control methodologies

Familiarity with project management software/tools
