About the role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Gelato Ingredients Australia (GIMA) in Kirrawee, NSW. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, with the opportunity to work part-time hours and be a key player in supporting our growing business operations. We would need you 3-4 days a week, but we are flexible on these hours. You will work closely with the Director & Sales team and handle various office tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Provide general office administrative support, such as managing office supplies, filing, and coordinating with the team
• Bookkeeping & maintenance of accounts records
• Managing Inbox, Orders & dispatching with MYOB Account System
• Provide exceptional customer service to incoming calls from our clients.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting assistant role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as MYOB and MS Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the GIMA Team
