Are you an experienced pro-active bookkeeper.

Freemont Business Solutions is a locally owned and managed Bookkeeping Agency looking for a bookkeeper on a permanent part time basis, 2 to 3 days per week.

You will be working from our Northside office, with some visits to clients’ premises. No remote work available.

A successful applicant will be experienced in the following areas –

3 years bookkeeping experience

Experience in Xero and MYOB essential (Reckon and Quickbooks looked on favourably) both on-going data entry and set up of new data files

Document management (e.g. Dext, Hubdoc)

Payroll processing

Invoicing

Bank and Account reconciliations

Superannuation reporting and obligations

Template Customisation

BAS and end of year payroll preparation

You must also display the following attributes -

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently in our office or at client premises

Excellent attention to detail

Pro-active with new technology and ideas to improve your role

Strong skills in MS Office products (Excel, Word)

You will be supervised and mentored by an experienced BAS Agent. We provide you with procedures, worksheets and checklists to ensure the highest standards are met for our clients. We are a registered BAS Agent and fully insured.
