We are looking for more than ‘just a receptionist’, this role is more than just sat at a desk answering phones and making appointments!

You'll be the first and last face our clients see but you need to greet them with more than just a smile. We see this as a vital role within our organisation so searching for someone who will be a reflection of the service we offer and feel valued along the way.

We need you to go above and beyond for not only our patients but your work colleagues. Our team is small, friendly and work closely together. Support, transparency and accountability between us are key team values.

Our preferred full-time receptionist will be someone who is:

Warm, friendly and happy with a 'can do' and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude

Customer focused and who delivers amazing customer experiences with every interaction

Ability to multi-task

Able to communicate at a high level both in written and verbal form

A stickler for details and getting things right!

Productive in a busy environment but can remain motivated on slower days

Solutions focused and self-drive

Motivated to learn from others.

What do we need from you?

Available to work Monday - Friday with flexibility.

* Administrative experience is preferable (especially in a medical field) but not vital. The right candidate is in line with our values. The rest we can teach you.
