Allied Health 2U is seeking a receptionist to join their team on a part time/full time basis

We are a growing rehabilitation organisation providing services to aged care and people with disabilities. Our team is made up of long-standing dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping people.

We seek an Administration and accounts Assistant who will provide key support to our team and clients. Your main roles would be working closely with the Case Manager; to ensure smooth running of daily activities, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities will include:

Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone and email

Manage requests, concerns and enquiries

Ability to maintain confidentiality across all facets of the working environment

Streamlining daily activities.

human resources support, including staff onboarding and general HR administration

Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and supporting compliance processes

Supporting business development initiatives, including researching opportunities and assisting with proposals or presentations

Providing marketing support such as content creation, campaign coordination, and managing social media or promotional materials

· Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel),

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment & independently (as required)

· Commitment to providing a client focused service in a timely, consistent, co-ordinated and flexible manner

· Experience with the NDIS and Quality System Management/audit process would be viewed very favourable

· Current Drivers License

· NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory in this role.

The successful candidate will be supported within the role by hands on training and ongoing peer support from our Clinic Manager and Director.
