This is not your average pizza shop! Donnie’s is a brand-new, independently owned venue serving New York-style pizza, cocktails & small plates, opening soon in Teneriffe. We’re building something special and authentic, and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated pizza chefs to join us from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with the owner-operators to deliver an authentic, high-quality food experience

Be part of the start-up team, helping build a positive and supportive kitchen culture

Assist in menu development

Manage and coordinate all dine-in and takeaway pizza orders

Handle fast-paced restaurant operations with efficiency and consistency

Prep ingredients, hand-stretch dough, and craft delicious, crispy pizzas

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a genuine passion for food and pizza

Familiarity with NY style pizza. Not in making but understanding what we're trying to achieve.

Confident with hand-stretching dough

Full working rights in Australia

A calm, professional approach in a high-energy environment

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
