Big Smile Services is a registered NDIS provider of disability support services in Queensland. We provide a wide range of in-home, respite, community, SIL services to adults and children with disabilities and other challenges caused by illness or medical conditions, over Toowoomba region and extended Ipswich. We have a close-knit team and a family-like work culture, which helps us to collaborate efficiently in order to strive towards excellence. We are growing exponentially and so we require more qualified and experienced workers to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Compliance Support
Manage data entry for compliance and reporting using designated software.
Maintain NDIS compliance, ensuring all records are updated and audit-ready.
Assist with client and staff queries.
Organise and coordinate staff and client meetings.
Work with director to recruit and onboard new support workers, ensuring compliance (e.g., police checks, NDIS screening).
2. Client Relationship Management
Support the Director in ensuring participant, family, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Address concerns proactively and ensure a high level of client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This may include meet & greet, and onboarding
Conduct regular check-ins with participants to ensure top-notch service delivery is active
3. Business Growth & Community Engagement
Support the Director in representing Big Smile Services at networking events, community expos, and industry functions.
Work collaboratively with the Director to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Certificate III qualification in disability (or higher), community services or human services.
1-2 years’ demonstrated experience in NDIS client support role or similar will be highly regarded
Experience working in an NDIS environment is essential.
Demonstrated experience in rostering and coordinating the delivery of disability and/or community services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for networking and client engagement activities.
