We are a small, friendly financial advice practice based in modern offices at One Hurstville Plaza. Our team includes a Financial Adviser, an Associate Financial Adviser, a Client Service Manager and a Client Service Officer (You).
We love advising clients to achieve the retirement they deserve. Our firm focuses on strategies involving investment, superannuation, retirement income streams and aged care.
We understand that managing finances involves a lot of choices and trade-offs. The advice and guidance we give our clients greatly impacts their retirement wellbeing.

About the role
As a Client Service Officer, you will be essential to our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Your role involves providing first class service to our clients and invaluable support to the Financial Advisers and Client Service Manager.
You will be the friendly face and voice our clients rely on, always going the extra mile for them.
Your dedication and attention to detail will help our team succeed and keep our clients happy.

Key responsibilities
First point of contact for clients calling.
Booking client meetings using Calendly.
Action client requests liaising with our team.
Support the Financial Advisers and Client Service Manager.
Work closely with Associate Financial Adviser on all aspects of the advice process.
Creation of Records of Advice (RoA) in Xplan.
Implementation of Statements of Advice (SoA).
Review meeting preparation.
Collate RoAs and SoAs and supporting documents.
Send client documents using Annature (digital signatures).
Entering draft investment orders.
Create authority letters and liaise with superannuation funds.
Manage client data and Xplan file notes.
What we are looking for
Willingness to learn, take initiative and be proactive.
Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
Detail orientated and highly organised.
Willingness to embrace new technologies.
Financial advice firm experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience with investment and superannuation is desirable but not essential.
Experience with Xplan is desirable but not essential.
Willing to consider part-time.
Willing to consider new Graduates.
