Your new role

Your new role as an Administration Assistant you will join a fantastic team located in the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integral part of a robust firm responsible for duties not limited to:

  • Welcome clients and manage front desk reception, including phone and email communications
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Assist with ASIC lodgements and maintain compliance records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and accounting team
  • Prepare client packs via FuseDocs and follow-up documents using FuseSign
  • Liaise with clients regarding queries and outstanding documentation
  • Process client payments and manage invoicing and receipting in Xero
  • Assist with debtor management and account follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and organised electronic filing systems
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office as required
  • Ensure the office and kitchen areas are clean and presentable
  • Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Contribute to general administrative duties and team support as needed

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Proficiency with Xero; experience with FuseDocs and FuseSign is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
