We're partnering with a leading South Australian organisation to find a dynamic Transformation Readiness Lead to join a newly formed team focused on embedding new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation-supporting enterprise-wide transformation, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering real impact. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys bringing people on the change journey, this is the role for you!

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop and deliver practical change and readiness strategies to support major transformation programs
• Work with business leaders and teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and structures
• Create and manage readiness plans, monitor progress, and identify key risks and dependencies
• Facilitate engagement activities including workshops, communications, and training sessions
• Support the implementation of a new business operating model, embedding sustainable ways of working

You will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Change, HR or a related field
• Proven experience in delivering change strategies within complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to drive initiatives forward
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
