About the Role

As a .NET Technical Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the solution architecture design and leading the development and support of enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful digital programs while driving innovation and building digital capabilities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise application platforms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead the design of solution architecture and present to the IT Security Architecture Review Board.
• Oversee the development of system changes that meet quality, budget, and time standards.
• Experience in end-to-end delivery and exposure to corporate environments.
• Strong technical expertise combined with the ability to manage technical aspects of projects.
• Stakeholder and vendor management experience is crucial.
• Ability to guide and mentor contractors or junior developers as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them effectively.
• Ensure quality delivery for both support and development activities.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years' experience in .NET development and cloud.
• Proven expertise in designing solutions for complex enterprise IT landscapes, including on-prem and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Strong technical project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases with high-level analytical and written skills.
• Background in enterprise application development within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, development, and production environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Must have experience in Waterfall methodology.
