Key Responsibilities:

Technology Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative technology solutions that are strategically aligned with the organisation's business transformation objectives, ensuring that the technology vision supports long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Market Research & Technology Scanning: Regularly conduct market scans and research to identify emerging technologies and trends that can provide the organisation with competitive advantages, enhancing the digital capabilities and improving the effectiveness of business operations.

Infrastructure Systems Integration: Lead the integration and optimization of critical infrastructure systems, including GIS, ICM, and Bentley, ensuring these systems are seamlessly incorporated into the organisation's broader technology landscape.

Collaboration with Technology Teams: Work closely with cross-functional technology teams to ensure the successful deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of infrastructure systems, providing guidance to ensure these systems meet business needs and technical standards.

Strategic Alignment with Business & IT: Foster collaboration between business and IT teams, acting as a liaison to ensure the technology solutions align with business goals, and that all stakeholders are involved and informed throughout the technology adoption and integration process.

Digital Transformation Leadership: Play a key role in driving the organisation's digital transformation journey, leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve services, and contribute to the overall success of transformation initiatives within the business.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for understanding both business and technology strategies.

Experience in Digital Strategy: Proven experience in aligning business needs with digital strategies, with a track record of successfully developing and executing technology solutions that meet the evolving demands of the business.

Expertise in Infrastructure Technologies: Solid and demonstrated knowledge of critical infrastructure technologies such as GIS, with hands-on experience in integrating and optimizing these systems to enhance business performance.

Stakeholder Management & Consulting: Exceptional consulting skills, with the ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication across business and technical teams to facilitate the successful adoption of technology solutions.

Transformation & Leadership Experience: Strong experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a proven ability to drive change and collaborate across teams to deliver technology solutions that contribute to the broader business strategy.
