The Role

Data entry, Accounts Payable, reporting and assisting in Payroll using Xero and daily use of MS Office.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join our team initially as a casual employee, with potential for permanency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, receivables.

Have a minimum of 3 - 4 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

Strong computer literacy skills including intermediate ability with XERO accounting software and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of accounting principles

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a comparable payable role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including excel and XERO would be desirable.

Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
