About the Role:
Our client is a leading ASX-listed property group renowned for their premium commercial assets across Australia, who are seeking a Property Administrator for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret lease documents
• Accurately input lease data into Yardi
• Submit entries for approval through the internal system
• Collaborate with the Property and Asset Management team
• Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of documentation

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
• Quick to pick up new systems (Yardi experience is a bonus)
• Experience in property administration or lease management is highly regarded
