About the Role
Torrens Health is seeking a passionate Property Administration Officer to support our dynamic Torrens Living Property Services team for 20 hours a week. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences to our retirement living residents while supporting the day-to-day operations of our property services. As the Property Administration Officer, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support across property maintenance, consumer experience, accounts payable and general office functions. You will be a key liaison between internal teams, residents, families, and external service providers—delivering a service that’s professional, personable, and responsive. This is a varied and people-facing role suited to someone who enjoys juggling tasks, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Manage and update databases and consumer records with accuracy.
Invoice processing.
Coordinate maintenance support and minor capital works with contractors and internal teams.
Prepare communications and support resident engagement initiatives.
Assist with complaints handling and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain strong, positive working relationships across departments and with residents.
Ensure all administrative duties meet internal policies and compliance standards
About You
You’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Excellent Microsoft Suite and Data Entry Skills.
A current driver’s licence
