Eastern Therapy Hub is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic based in Croydon North, providing speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, counselling, music therapy, and art therapy services. We’re passionate about supporting individuals and families in our local community.

We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This is a weekday afternoon/evening role, working 2-3 days per week, perfect for someone looking for a consistent part-time opportunity. This role is approximately 10-15 hours per week.

About the Role:

Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment

Answering phone calls, managing enquiries, and booking appointments

Assisting with invoicing, payments, and Medicare claiming

Managing client records and maintaining confidentiality

Providing administrative support to our team of therapists

General office duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn practice management systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A warm, compassionate manner in working with clients of all ages

Position Details:

Location: Eastern Therapy Hub – Croydon North, VIC

Hours: 10-15 hours per week (exact hours negotiable), afternoons and evenings

Start date: May 2025
