About the role

Join the friendly team at Central Brunswick Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Clinic as a part-time Allied Health Receptionist based in our Brunswick, office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing the front desk and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our allied health professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries

Scheduling appointments and maintaining the booking system

Assisting with the collection of patient information and documentation

Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised

Providing general administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency with computers and office software

A friendly, professional and caring attitude
