360 Personnel is seeking a motivated Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in Truganina – a leading distributor of high-quality, great-value tyres in Australia!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring smooth operations & safety compliance

Maintain a clean & organized work environment

Manage time, container scheduling & local freight suppliers

Oversee inventory control, including regular stock checks

Supervise & schedule warehouse staff, assigning tasks efficiently

Manage warehouse equipment maintenance & repairs

Motivate & support the team

Perform hands-on warehouse duties, including picking & dispatching products

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar role (warehouse supervision preferred)

Prior tyre industry experience (a plus but not essential)

Strong organizational & leadership skills

Forklift & driver’s license (preferred)

Experience working with & leading a team
