This organisation is known for it’s exceptional culture, stable workforce, and consistent delivery of quality projects in the aged care, health, and education sectors.This Contract Administrator role has become available due to an internal promotion - a reflection of the business’s commitment to developing and progressing its people. You’ll step into a well-supported, office-based position in Bayside Melbourne, initially working on the delivery of a $16M aged care project.

The Role:
Full end-to-end contract administration, working closely with the PM and commercial team• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, variation claims, and cost forecasting• Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success• Play a key role in a collaborative and well-established project delivery team.

What You Bring:
5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial construction• Experience across projects in aged care, health, education, or similar sectors preferred• Excellent commercial acumen and contract management skills• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and communication style• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline (preferred).
