What will this job do to improve your life?

In this position, you will oversee the planning and successful end-to-end delivery of implementation projects at the company's clients. You will have exposure to hands-on delivery within the world of data analytics and business insights and you will learn a new meaning to the phrase 'end-to-end delivery' through your involvement with pre-sales, tendering process and implementation. This role will give you exposure to working with some of the most prestigious organisations in the country and you will be an important part of the global project management practice, giving you high visibility internally as well as a high level of empowerment and exposure to the world of data analytics.

In this position you will work closely with a talented delivery team of engineers, analysts, data scientists and architects focused on achieving the best outcomes and solutions for the organisation's clients. You will deliver solutions end-to-end and drive successful outcomes through providing maximum value to your clients.

Duties

• Own projects end-to-end-managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality from start to finish.
• Deliver real value by running projects in the most efficient, effective way.
• Handle contracts and finances, working with clients on both T&M and fixed-price deals.
• Mentor and support your tech teams to help them deliver top-quality work.
• Work independently but know when to bring in extra support.
• Build smart strategies to manage stakeholders and keep everyone aligned.

Skill/experience

• Proven project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
• Know your way around Agile and other delivery methods, and can scale them across teams.
• Experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders, both client-side and in delivery roles.
• Comfortable leading large, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle.
• Understand the technical side well enough to spot risks early and come up with smart solutions.
• Always focused on the business goals and steer teams to keep those front and center.
• Skilled at navigating multi-team setups and influencing others to get the best results.
• Strong problem-solver with a knack for tackling tricky delivery challenges.
• Clear and confident communicator, especially in fast-moving client environments.
• Know what it takes to build stable, high-quality systems and streamline delivery end-to-end.
• Self-motivated, driven, and not afraid to push through obstacles to get things done.
