As a Project Officer, you will:

Assist in project planning, site inspections, and milestone tracking.

Support contract administration, including preparing tenders, quotations, and contract documents.

Gather and analyse field data for funding submissions and claims.

Provide general project team support, including administration and reporting.

Travel extensively to remote and regional locations to collect project data.

This is a hybrid role involving both site and office-based work, providing an excellent pathway into project management within civil infrastructure.

What we are looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual with a construction background who is keen to step into a Project Officer role. This position offers the chance to learn project and contract administration, gain real-world experience within a civil engineering consultancy, and develop skills in project site inspections, contract documentation, and flood damage assessments.
