About The Role:

The Senior Project Manager provides professional project management advice in the context of building construction projects. The role also manages complex and medium to high-risk infrastructure projects. This involves developing complex procurement documents, understanding of contract management principles and practices, and applying critical thinking when making decisions. The Senior Project Manager will interpret and apply policies and frameworks, influence expert stakeholder groups to deliver outcomes-focussed solutions and mentor and lead the development of project management staff.

About You:

You are a passionate project management professional who is able to see the big picture, think and act strategically and be comfortable with uncertainty and risk. You need to be a people-person, a strong communicator and pragmatic and flexible, and someone who can tailor their team leadership approach to support diverse team members.

You will use your technical knowledge, experience and strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence value for money outcomes. Your leadership skills and values will inspire others and drive Finance towards embedding a customer centric and outcomes-focused culture.

This position operates in the context of Leading Others. This means that you will motivate and enable others to deliver high quality work. You will balance time between doing the work and coaching, guiding and developing others.
