About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator who loves taking care of customers — not just answering calls and emails, but truly owning the experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, processing customer orders with care and speed, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.

You’ll get to know our product range well (don’t worry — we’ll teach you), and you’ll quickly spot opportunities to cross-sell or upsell where it adds value. This isn’t a high-volume, transactional call centre — it’s a role where relationship-building, product knowledge, and attention to detail really matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing inbound customer calls and email enquiries

Accurately processing customer orders

Identifying opportunities to upsell or recommend complementary products

Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service

Updating customer records and order tracking in our systems

Providing quotes and product information when required

Supporting the sales team with administration and coordination

What You Bring

Proven experience in a similar customer service role (ideally B2B)

Strong administration and data entry skills — fast and accurate

Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up systems quickly

A friendly, calm and professional phone manner

A proactive mindset — you take initiative and solve problems before they escalate

The ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Bonus points if you’ve worked in an industrial or product-based environment before
