About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers and will help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our service team.

You’ll handle more complex enquiries, manage scheduling, support junior team members, and work closely with management to improve systems and workflows. It’s a great opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow your career in a well-established, professional business.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service or admin role

Experience with leadership or supporting junior team members

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks

Comfortable using job management and CRM systems (e.g. SimPRO, ServiceM8, AroFlo)

Familiarity with plumbing or heating services is a bonus but not required

Confident using phone, email, and SMS to stay connected with customers
