Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for coordinating and supporting service operations? Medi-Dent is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in managing the coordination of our technical services.
The Role
This is a full-time position, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be responsible for routine customer service activities alongside the coordination and administration of our technical service operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Processing orders and providing accurate product information
Supporting accounts-related tasks and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating the scheduling of technical service visits, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technician availability
Maintaining and updating accurate service records, job documentation, and administrative reports
Assisting with service-related accounts tasks, including invoicing and maintaining service records
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong customer service or service coordination experience
Experience in the dental or medical industry (highly regarded)
Excellent administrative and organisational skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience using ERP and CRM systems (highly regarded)
A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask
A friendly, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
A valid Australian driver's licence
