What we’re looking for:

A performance marketing expert who has at least 2 years experience in running ads on Meta

Skilled in creating scroll stopping ad creatives - both static and video creatives.

Skilled copywriter who can create new hooks for ad copy and write compelling video scripts

Someone who is looking to join a small team with lots of room for growth

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Meta Ads:

Developing new and creative content to use for our clients meta and creative

Develop new ad scripts for video ads

Media buying and targeting

Driving down cost per lead on meta ad campaigns

Collaborate with the team to develop better performing funnels

Monitoring the budget to ensure compliance with clients budgets

Data & Analytics:

Breaking down the full funnel data from ad performance to appointment quality to optimise client results

Identifying the key bottleneck in funnels and developing creative strategies to remove the bottleneck and boost funnel performance

Full Funnel Optimisation:

Split testing landing page changes to boost landing page conversion rate

Split testing hooks and angles to boost quality of appointments while ensuring the cost per lead stays within KPI

We’re looking for someone who is an advertising geek. Someone who is passionate about constantly learning and improving their skills. Has studied the copywriting and advertising greats like Gary Halbert and David Ogilvy, and is passionate about building and growing businesses.
