Digital Marketing Account Manager (Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO)

Purge Digital is growing — and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our Brisbane-based team of creative digital marketers!

We’re an award-winning digital marketing agency delivering end-to-end solutions for clients across a range of industries. As our client base grows, we’re looking for someone experienced in either Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO. If you specialise in one area — amazing. If you know more than one — even better.

This is a full-time, on-site role with strong opportunities for growth and development in a supportive, high-performing team.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing client relationships and being their primary point of contact
• Planning, building, optimising & reporting on campaigns in your area of expertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO)
• Collaborating with our performance and creative teams to align strategy, messaging & business goals
• Translating data into actionable insights using reporting tools and analytics platforms
• Identifying opportunities for campaign growth and cross-channel success
• Using project management tools to coordinate tasks and track progress
• Actively participating in team discussions and strategy sessions

✅ What You Bring:

You have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

Google Ads

• Campaign management (Search, Display, Shopping, PMAX)
• Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner & Merchant Centre
• Reporting & optimisation using Google Analytics & Tag Manager

Meta Ads

• Campaign creation and management for Lead Gen, Sales & Remarketing
• Confident with Meta Ads Manager, targeting options & creative formats
• Understanding of pixel setup and conversion tracking

SEO

• On-page optimisation, keyword research, competitor analysis
• Familiarity with SEO reporting tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Understanding of content structure and technical SEO

🙌 Who You Are:

• 1+ years of experience in your area of expertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A natural communicator, comfortable presenting and collaborating
• Eager to learn and grow your digital marketing skills
• Experience with small to medium business clients is a plus
