We’re on the lookout for a Junior HR Consultant to support our senior team on a casual, project-by-project basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to build skills, get exposure to different sectors, and be mentored by seriously experienced consultants.

🛠️ What you’ll be helping with:

Drafting contracts, letters, and HR documentation

Award classification and compliance research (hello SCHADS, Clerks, and Nurses Awards)

Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

Sitting in on client meetings (virtually) and taking follow-up actions

Helping deliver HR audits, frameworks, and compliance toolkits

Bringing a “get it done” mindset to everything you touch

🙋‍♀️ You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 6–24 months of HR experience (internships, admin or entry-level roles welcome)

Have a degree (or nearly finished) in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar

Can write clearly, organise tasks, and communicate professionally

Are curious, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions

Want to learn from senior HR pros and be part of a fun, sharp team
