The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager (Business Transformation), the role performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of business transformation projects in line with established objectives for all entities within the Winarch Group.

Key Responsibilities

Understand current processes, systems and organisational landscapes and assess areas of improvement, including identifying gaps, impacts, risks and success factors associated with business transformation projects.

Resolve operational problems and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient service delivery.

Assist in coordinating the implementation of policies, practices and procedures, relating to each project.

Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.

Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support the development of key projects and the improvement of processes across the Group.

Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.

Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets, milestones and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.

Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.

Ability to build constructive relationships with all stakeholders

A background in project management would be of interest, but we are open to applicants from all backgrounds
